An interesting, if not unremarkable adventure.  A rather conventional DW really.  Not that its not very good...its done quite well, its just that its not very memorable overall.  The production is excellently well done with top marks for the costumes, sets, and locations used in Portmeirion, where The Prisoner was used for The Villiage.   Excellent cast as well. However...the Mandragora Helix looks like a swirling bathtub drain.

I should make special mention of my love for the secondary TARDIS control room introduced in this serial and used throughout this one season.  The wood and brass make it very "Jules Verne" and "nautical."  Its just gorgeous.
