I believe it is the last one. Glad tomorrow is the premiere, it seems like it's been forever...(however, not as forever as from the TV movie to 'Rose' lol).

I really hope there's more explanation to what happened there in the episode tomorrow. If not, I'd be really disappointed. You can't just change things like that, out of convenience for the story, without developing the motivations over time.

I don't know why, but the Doctor standing out in the rain ringing a doorbell is almost as sad as the other thing that happened.
