Prisoner Zero was obviously in on the Galactic Alliance. heck, he might have been a double agent working for both the Alliance and the Silence, hence why he ended up in prison in the first place.

Eh, I don't think it's Wibbley to be honest. It was fairly well established that the Doctor was the only one who didn't know about the Pandorica. The Atraxi's reaction of outright horror when they realized who/what the Doctor was could also account for that, rather then simply researching him.

you've got a point. i didn't like that part of the whole season, with everyone mocking the doctor knowing that the tardis was going to explode. it was rather childish, however, i guess it was needed to provoke him into sticking his arm in the crack looking for answers.

I'm not sure if this is a SPOILER (can't recall if it's in part 1 or 2 of the series) but

the Silence have colonized a bunch of planets besides Earth, for example the planet the fish vampires came from. So it's likely that prisoner Zero could know about them and not forget tem if its brain works differently than humanoids which is a safe bet considering its powers.

The Alliance had to spread rumors about the Pandorica in order lure the Doctor into the trap. Prisoner Zero didn't necessarily need to know what the Pandorica was so long as he piqued the Doctor's interest. They didn't want too much beiing leaked or the Doctor would've realized it was a hoax. The Doctor doesn't even find out it's a prison until just before he gets put in it.
