7. "The Wilderness Years" on the new TV Movie DVD was a great look back at all the fan-made Who during the off-air years. It really brought back a lot of memories and even made me miss that time a little bit.

The top ten comic book stories.
I am not referring to the publications, but the stories themselves. Since some have appeared in multiple books. I got inspired for this one when I did the top ten dvd features and mentioned stripped for action.

I hope people are enjoying the top tens I am choosing.

10.
The Dalek Chronicles An interesting take on how the daleks were created. alien

I asked you and you said yes, you promised, so I thought, oh, one day I'd hear that sound... deep in the jungle I'd hear that funny wheezing noise and a big blue box right in the middle of the rainforest! You see, he wouldn't just leave... not forever... not me..."

Say what you will about the quality of the episodes, but that scene between Matt Smith's Doctor and Jo was worth it. And this is coming from someone who really doesn't know Jo that well. Just a masterfully done scene.

i know this is of topic but darn i cant believe i missed this! i didnt even know about it till i read your quote and your right, as someone who has watched her tenure it made me almost teary, esp with sara jane being there at the same time, i couldnt help but think about her scene with rose and laughing at the fact that it always comes down to a blonde and her. lol. sorry to interupt the flow but this was really awsome and i just wanted to share it, and say thanks. great quote.

That one was super creepy, would have been great if they had done an animated version of these with Gabriel Woolf doing the voice of the apocalypse device.

This was a back up strip in the magazine and concerned hikers in Tibet encountering the Great Intelligence and the Yeti. Very nicely drawn, and the real yeti look exceptionally mean!
