Sometimes I think about going to a Doctor Who convention in the UK. Simply because all the cool actors and actresses are over there and are more likely to attend, than fly over to the US.

But then I think about being a minority American among all those British fans. Is there any type of kinship among us? Or would they hear my accent and think, "Oh crikey. Another blasted American." ?

I don't know why I think of such things. I mean, if a British person were to attend a convention in the US, I don't think anyone would care. But there's something about being on UK turf...is it just my imagination?
