When I realized it was going to be his new catch-phrase, I snickered. See, I can't hear that word without remembering the context in which Rimmer used it on Red Dwarf.

That said, I kind of like it. "Geronimo" is, when used in common parlance, pretty much the same as "Allons-y."

It's like Baker's "Would you like a Jelly Baby?" or Pertwee's "Reverse the polarity of the Neutron flow." Which I know he rarely ever said...

T. Baker also used "Well..." pretty effectively long before Tennant's era.
