My only question about Jodie Whittaker: when are we getting a figure!

Also, will we get ANY new figures by the end of year?

We don't know what the 13th doctor's costume is yet ( Jodie's interview with the BBC specifically said that what she wore in the debut teaser is not her costume)...so I'm guessing we won't see a figure for a year and a half or more of her.
If BBC really does want to push The Who brand and up their licensing opportunities, they need to make a big splash at the next licensing expo and then have companies and retailers want to have merchandise out and selling, including a toy line, in the weeks just before the show starts up again.

And just like that, the license has been renewed....

"The deal will see a development of new products featuring the Twelfth Doctor, Peter Capaldi, and new items are expected to hit the shops later this year, with Thirteeth Doctor product becoming available in autumn 2018."

Hmm...

Supposedly, Pearl Mackie had said there was going to be a Bill figure, but we've been down that road before: Camille Coduri and Fraser Hines had both said they were going to have figures which were never produced...

It's the Character Options Curse -- as soon as an actor says "they're making an action figure of me!" ahead of an official announcement, CO cancels all work on that figure Laughing

It'd be neat to get a set of Bill, Doctor, new Cyberman, Master, Missy, & classic Cyberman.

At the very least, they'll need to work a bit harder on a potential regeneration figure than the usual headswap!

I'm glad Character still have the license so that hopefully we will get a 13 in scale and style with the rest of the Doctors already released. A new Master, Cyberman, Bill and Naradole certainly wouldn't go unappreciated, along with whatever new companion and cool creatures pop up in the next series. If they're going to be pushing the new series then hopefully we'll get a nice push to the toyline too!

Thirteenth Doctor - in a proper scale... Let's not have her mysteriously taller than the other Doctors, when the actress is around 5'6 according to Google.

I won't hold my breath for anything else. While I love the character of Bill, I'd rather get some more classic companions. Let's have a Jamie McCrimmon and Susan Foreman already! Doctors 1 and 2 seem so lonely! Tegan wouldn't go amiss either, although 5 does have an "Androzani" Peri to pal around with.
I'd love to see a lot more classic monsters. The 80's are under-represented and so is the Hartnell era.
That said, the monsters/aliens/characters I want are from all over the series history.:
1. Yeti (either version)
2. Ice Lord (maybe a Pertwee-era version
3. Tereleptil
4. "Wheel In Space" Cyberman
5. Zaarbi and Menoptera
6. Valeyard
7. The Master (Ainley 'penguin suit' version)
8. The Master (Eric Roberts version)
9. "Attack of the Cybermen" cybercontroller
10. Ancient Haemavore
11. The Destroyer

What I'd really appreciate (and might sell better among the modern fans) are:
1. Nightmare In Silver/Death In Heaven style Cyberman
2. Cold War/Empress of Mars-style Ice Warriors
3. Ice Warrior Empress

I heard UT say we might see something in the fall? Do we know if this is anything more than the last three UK releases?
