So sad he is gone, but at 95, and with them amazing life he led, I only wish I could have done a fraction of what he did.




John Glenn always autographed for free. He said he could not charge for something he was paid to do by taxpayers. I will always cherish this photo.

He was a pioneer and an American hero.

I'll freely admit, i had no idea who John Glenn was before he did a cameo appearance on Fraiser. But once he did, I spent an afternoon looking him up.

A truly fascinating and inspiring man. Like Ronpur said, I only wish I could do a fraction of the things he's done.
