I have a few customs I thought you guys might get a kick out of.  Here is an image of my Jamie McCrimmon custom. More to come soon.

Totally loving this version of Jamie. What action figure is the head from?

Hey Winter,
The base figure is the Roman Auton. I kept the same head, just sanded and added bits with some stuff called apoxie sculpt. the vest and sporran (is that the right word for that pouch thingy?) were made from flexible sculpey.
Thanks!

@dollymasher, what brands of acrylic paints do you prefer? Would you say apoxie sculp is more or less malleable than milliput?

Winter: I use kind of a variety of acrylic paints, whatever I have around. I have some liquitex that seem to work pretty well. The real key is this sealer I use called dullcote. It takes away that yucky shininess that acrylic paints sometimes have.
I have never tried miliput. Maybe I should. I suspect the apoxie sculpt is wildly toxic. But it does come in a range of styles, some of which are more stony and brittle, some are more plasticky. The good thing about it is that it sticks like crazy and you can sand and carve it.

@ dollymasher, I will have to try the dullcote. I can't wait to see what customs you come up with next.

I love him. And yes, Dullcote is great, but tends to yellow after a few years. It may not be a big deal on figures, but it sucks on a white space shuttle or Saturn V!

Here is another custom.  My reinterpretation of Alpha Centauri.  Someday, I'll make a screen accurate version, but I was just amusing myself with this one.

Peter Cushing: As if being the coolest Hammer Film actor and in Star Wars wasn't enough, He was also the greatest Doctor that never was.

Excellent, Excellent work⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Your 4th Doctor face reminds me of the old man from Logan's Run, makes me wanna custom Logan's Run Toys. Also Your Alpha Is super cool amd totally better design than the original. Want so bad the 3 who rule. Thanks for posting such great customs.

@Dollymasher, The 3 who rule, which action figures did you use for a base for each of these? And out of all the custom Doctor who figures I have ever seen these 3 are my favorite😀

@Winter: Zargo was a Venice Vampire, Aukon was a Sycorax with and old David Tenant head, and Camilla was Jabe.  I love those characters too.  The art direction in that episode was so cool.
