NOVEMBER 2016

5th & 6th (Saturday/Sunday) - Midwest Toy Fair
We will have booth space at this Indianapolis convention.  Come see us there!  More information to follow....

12th (Saturday)

11 am to 1 pm - BEGINNING AND FOUND-OBJECT COSTUMING ($15/person) - taught by Alena Van Arendbonk, who does professional cosplay workshops for major conventions in the US.

You want a better costume, and you don’t want to break the bank — this is how you get it. This panel covers found object costuming — it’s not just junk you throw together! — and simple cosplay projects, as well as the art of character selection and making what’s in your closet look newly fabulous. You’ll make a simple fantasy tunic to wear out.

2 pm to 4 pm - MAKEUP FOR COSTUMING ($15/person) – taught by Alena Van Arendbonk, who does professional cosplay workshops for major conventions in the US.

No costume is complete without appropriate makeup! Makeup can make you truly resemble your character and look better in photos. Learn how to look more masculine or more feminine, give yourself enormous anime eyes, create alien prostheses, or add special effects. Workshop includes instruction, demonstrations, discussion, and hands-on practice using high-quality theatrical and special effects makeup.

Sign up for both classes for $30 total and we will throw in a FREE lunch! Contact whona@whona.com to have the registration form sent to you. Limited space available so sign up early to avoid disappointment!

19th (Saturday)

11 am to 1 pm - Making Mats for the Homeless

2 pm to 8 pm - Doctor Who version of Settlers of Catan
Our Ohioan friends have very kindly loaned us their game for a special limited game session at our Game Room, led by David Allen.

23rd (Wednesday) - We are open 11 am and close at 4 pm.

24th (Thursday) - THANKSGIVING DAY!!! Gobble gobble!

WE ARE CLOSED lol!
