Almost broke my arm today. Had to get into my van, but the driver's door was frozen solid. Took some solid body tackles to break the ice free. Left forearm hurts.

My son just went through my 5" figure collection, decided they were worthy to join his Skylander battles, and sorted them by element (Fire, Life, etc)

I had a chat with someone last night that ended badly as they asked about a subject that was very touchy for me. I had to lie to finish it out. I mentioned it to a good friend today, and finally told her everything about it. She responded that she'd had an experience extremely similar to mine, just much more messed up. And she's just fine.

Thank goodness for great friends.

Today, we lost our baby girl. She'd been ill for a while now and, after much discussion with the vet, we decided that the best thing we could do for her would be to end her suffering. She was with us for almost 11 long years, which were filled with laughter and many happy memories.

She will be missed by us all.

Thanks, everyone.

She was an amazing beastie who loved absolutely everybody that she met. And now she's in a slightly better (after all, she lived with us Razz) place with Lal (our old beautiful black lab) and Mum. That's the important thing to remember Smile

Hello everyone!

It's been a while since I've been on here, in fact, I've been away for so long that I forgot my login information and decided to just start over again!

I might have to try and start up a collection of the 3.75" figures since I have started toy collecting again!

On Thursday 1st of May,  We had to say Goodbye to our much loved Brutus

He was 13 years old, and was a Labrador/Retriver cross. His back legs started going on him, but he had fell a few time whilst coming into the house from the garden. He was in to much pain and we loved him to much to see him suffer, so we made the sad choice to end his pain.  The vet was fantastic, they gave him an injetion to make him sleep, then gave him another injection and he passed away in his sleep with a big smile on his face.
He followed me everywhere and was my best mate, always waiting by the door for me if I went out and push the others in the house out of the way so he could get to me first.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, IRONMAC. Having recently lost Ella, I know what you're going through. You don't really realise just how much noise a dog actually makes.

and welcome back, Gumball Girl!

Is this really who I hope it is...or is it just someone out to troll certain forum members?

I'm cool with it either way. cheers
