| Hello,
We are asking our international customers to give us estimates of how long your packages take to arrive once they SHIP. Please indicate the general size of the package as well, as we would like to know if larger packages move quiker, or smaller parcels do.
Thanks! |

| Jeremy From Vancouver, B.C., CANADA. It's funny. A few years back when I first started ordering, it only took about a week to get anything regardless of size. But now, I'm not surprised when it takes 15 to 20 DAYS to get to me, no matter how big. I just ordered some CD's from you and they took more than two weeks, and the box was small! Anyway, I don't mind how long it takes. I'm a patient soul. |

| Generally large packages take a week.
I only get large packets as I find it easier. |

| | Customers from Israel, New Zealand, and Australia have all recently reported packages taking as long as 4-5 weeks. |

| Sorry - only just saw this question. My packages (to Australia) usually only take a week to arrive, irrespective of size. Only once has it taken longer, and in that instance it took just over 2 weeks (this was for one of the 10-figure box sets, and it happened ages ago). My most recent order was the VOTD set and Fob watch, so it was a medium sized package - well, medium for me, I have no idea how much other people order at a time! Anyway, it took a week to arrive, so I guess I'd have to say that I haven't personally experienced any delays. |

| | The delays seem restricted to orders placed at the end of May...we've not had any further long delays reported since then. |

| Last few magazines you have shipped was little longer than heavy books have shipped to my home.
It sound like it was little delay. Torchwood Magazine took about exact 2 weeks to get to my home. For DWM397 with free book plus some books I ordered was arrived in 7 days.
I expected other will arrive shortly too.
I live in Canada. I want to say thanks. I understand that shipping price have been increased a little bit. Is there any shipping option that allows those things arrive little faster and even price is gonna be little steep? is that right? |

| | No, there are no new options available for shipping; the delays appear to be within the postal system. |

| | FYI- two packages were shipped to me on the 24th of July, with the larger one being delivered yesterday (August 2nd). Given I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, I'd say that's pretty decent turn-around time. |

| | I think customs is slowing things down as well. I shipped an envelope with CCG cards to Ontario and it took more than a week. |

| It's probably customs, but my SDCC sets which shipped on the 23rd haven't arrived yet.
Whona- I've had shipments with tracking numbers that I can track (start with C) and those I can't (start with L). Is the difference in the size of the package being shipped? God forbid, should I order MORE (in which case, the "special" during checkout better be a divorce lawyer) so I can get the tracking info?
..sadly, I'd probably be okay with that... |

| | ...and when I say "okay with that", I mean ordering more, not necessarily the divorce lawyer. Just re-read that, and it sounded kind of wrong...lol. |

| International Global Priority packages comes with tracking capability whereas International Airmail does not as yet. Type of service is dependent on weight and size of box.
Cheers!
