If anyone is interested in customizing figures in scale to the Character Options figures check out the figures produced by Accoutrements. They are very close to scale with the C.O. stuff.
I've used an Oscar Wilde figure as a base for a 1st Doctor custom
and have plans to use them for some others. I can't post any pictures. If nothing else you can have the Doctor Who figures meet the historical people figures from Accoutrements. I have an Albert
Einstein standing with the 10th Doctor in my TARDIS playset.

I hope it's ok to mention the Accoutrements figures.
There website is www.accoutrements.com

Individual figures can be purchased from www.archiemcphee.com

I'm not trying to give anybody a plug I just want to pass along some information to any fellow customizers.

Hey... good idea! I could see the Oscar Wilde working nicely. I'd love to check out pics off your customs, by the way.

He also looks like he could pass for Paul McGann too.

I agree on Paul McGann. Just get some paint, and have the last 3 Drs together. cyclops

There is also a Charles Dickens to go along with the 9th Doctor. Smile

When/IF you ever can, I'd love to see some pics of your custom figures pjr.

I don't have my own computer so I have no way to post pics. Proving that great minds think a like I also noticed that Oscar Wilde
would make a good Paul McGann Doctor. The Sherlock Holmes could
also be used for the Doctor from "Scream of the Shalka".

I hope to make figures of Doctors 1-8 and some companions. The
problem is finding parts/pieces in scale with the Character Options
stuff.

Glad to know others are interested in the Acoutrements stuff. They
are nice figures in their own right.
