Help w/ Master's Screwdriver please...

Hi folks,

I received my Master's Screwdriver yesterday from WhoNA (thank you!), and I can't get it to work. I installed the batteries the right way and nothing happened when I tried to test it. No noise, no lights.

Today I picked up a fresh set of batteries and got the same results. Am I missing something or do I have a less-than-lethal screwdriver?

I would exchange it. It's a simple device. If pushing the button down doesn't work, it doesn't work.

Holy smokes, WhoNA is efficient.

I just got off the phone with their customer service and they are sending out a replacement screwdriver right away.

I wish I had asked for the woman's name - she was a delight to talk to.
