internet fraud/harassment

I was ripped off on ebay &filed ebay&paypal complaints.that led to the seller sending me some of the most vulgar&threatening perverted emails ive ever seen.threats to rape,kill etc..i called cops was told theyd help then told they wouldnt and referred to fbi.i talked to an agent and told to forward the emails which i did.i called 15 agencies who gave me runaround.sprint,paypal wouldnt give me info without court order,talked to 5 law firms all wanted money upfront for a 15 minute consultation.

So i get ahold of buffalo da and he told me to send letter&email to him. im scared i looked at the studio where emails came from and its some anti police/anti government cult site run by self professed wiccan satanist!he also publishes xrated comics.seems like extremist nut!i had no idea how hard it is to get something doneagainst death threats.and agencies told me the police shouldve taken my complaint!cops here do nothing&are bullies!i cant afford attorney so i pray the da and fbi come thru

Part 3 so if theres an attorney around can u point me in right direction?with what rights?i can email u few emails and u can tell me what up or pm me ?or anyone whose also tried making a harassing jerk pay for crossing the line?i dont know anyone whose dealt with fbi im little intimidated!thanks

Something like this sounds like it's for the FBI to handle especially if the seller's from out of state. I have no idea who those fifteen agencies you are referring to nor why you are personally requesting information from Sprint and PayPal.

I'm curious to what was actually written in the e-mail exchange but I think the FBI would have instructed you to keep it private.

I heard back from fbi nothing said exept:please go to our sister site at www.ic3.gov and log complaint and will be given number!it appears to be site between the fbi and internet fraud.at top it says if u feel your life in danger contact local authorities.which i friggin did and was told to call here call there each place then refering me back to police who said they dont deal with internet crime although the county saays they do!complete waste of time hours and hours!

Oh why contact sprint?cuz the attorney general office told me since their my internet/email provider i had to report the threats to them,that they had to give me somekinda ip address and tracer?sprint told me they can find out everything i want when i fax them a court order/sopena.i wanted full name address and paypal said i had to get court order as well!even though they said contact police and fraud center they wont help and court wont do anything without all the info!runaround totally

So bottom line nobody will help you if defrauded and you have 27 emails that are disgusting saying you will be raped and that u will be murdered.this is coming from a guy who has a studio and blog that is anti police,anti government and a cult leader who states he is leader of a group and has pages of rants of conspiracies and has on website profile he is a witch.he was disgusting describing sex acts.so u can make death threats and get away with it?if im killed then they investigate?wow !

list of who not to call: Erie county sheriff dept,police detective unit,the local fbi office,attorney general andrew cuomo office,the consumer hotline 800#,internet crime complaint 1800#the attorney referral service,the volunteer lawyer ass.paypal,the sprint security center at 1800 877 7330<jerks>or the paypal even though theyve made money off you who stated to get court order/supena then when i asked what exactly where to send stuff they said they would email info/then sentwrongstuff

So i have one avenue left john doscher at erie county da office who told me to send letter even though they only few blocks away they dont want to see a lowly citizen in person.then he prob send me back to square one the police!beware of giving out address and know that local authorities do not have yer back and everyone you have accounts with will not help you unless u get court order even when someone says they will kill you.im cancelling sprint when contract up.i pay them$75 a month!

You should continue to follow through PayPal's dispute service to receive your money back. I read the feedback exchange between tinklebelly (is that the one?) and yourself and it seems the seller didn't send your items because you sent abusive e-mails. I don't know either way without seeing the e-mails myself, but PayPal should side with you on this dispute due to having no delivery confirmation and for being past the seven days mark in delivering the items, so you should receive a refund.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer.
Sprint and PayPal need to follow privacy laws which is most likely the reason why they want a court order for you to obtain such information. You should go to the DA's office personally so they can't brush you off easily and ask them to get one.

First off i never sent abusive emails and your an jerk for repeating that as its a fact.after i reported tinklebelly and left 4 neg.they retaliated by giving me 4 as bad sellers do. any moron can read that i had 1200 feedbacks with 99%positive score.the da wants me to send letter.and iam the sprint customer whose recieving death threats they should be more open and privacy for who someone who threatens?tinklebellys selling items are gone maybe they were suspended cuz she had 30 items before.

yes i even tried getting square trade and mediater involved the seller wouldnt contact them or paypal cuz she had no proof of wrongdoing on my part!on 11th i will get my money back!if you read the feedback seller says she relisted items.i also have 2 email stating im going to enjoy keeping your money and your items from them. also calling me a pedaphile for buyin drwho figures to lure children into perverted sex.so mumbo how u think u feel if someone said that to you sir?

Actually i was lookin for someone whose experienced this before and dont need your sympathy.almost every thread you have a sarcastic remark.and out of well over 1200 feedbacks they speak for themselves.any idiot knows many sellers leave retailiative comments.i find it odd you know my ebay id and bother looking up?just to make comment?cuz i woulda gladly sent u emails to back my story up.you had no intention from getgo to try and understand and you obviously dont know jack bout harassment!

Also if anyone has knowledge with these matters id love to hear.i dont need people to rub my nose in false comments made about me cuz i know them!i guess i shouldnt take the bait of troublemakers who simply enjoy getting a rise out of people.ive been thru lot of bs this last 2 week so i do apolagize for my short fuse! im still upset bout getting ripped off,threatened and getting my feedback dropped from over 99%to 98%ive been on ebay for years !and most ndgatives are from me bein buyer !

it seems to me although many people complain about ebay and being defrauded-no one apparently takes it to the next level and actually tries making these bad sellers be held accountable and actually calls the police.ive had 4 sellers rip me off in past 2 months and ive won all the disputes and you have to go to court to get feedback removed or pay$29 to squar trade per feedback to attempt to remove.if anyone wants to pm me that fine i wont continue thread from this point thanks

accountability is paying for your misdeeds and behavior.getting money back is not holding someone accountable.being arrested,banned ,suspended from selling and attempting to steal is a crime!threats are illegal.someone cuts your finger off but pays the bill to sew it back on so thats it thats their accountability?thats as*anine!and i wouldnt post emails here due to children being here.ta ta

Contact your credit card company and see if you can get the charges reversed. If you used a bank card wich draws funds out of you account you will have to contact your bank for there rules on that.

I had money in my paypal account but not enough so the remainder came out of my card on file with paypal.im confident i will get money back on the 11th.paypal told me they are holding the money till case closes on 11th so seller doesnt have!seller never replied to complaint never answered in their own defense at all. ive just got to get over it and move on and say i did everything i could its just hard im so angry! iam thankful that their selling items were removed off ebay!

But at end note i do have to say ive had plenty of good sellers online,even ones from china! for what ever reason sometime u see a seller with great feedback and then things turn ugly.i have no idea why ?ive had people tell me not to trade with so and so and i did and had no problems.guess depends what day it is and what mood their in.i know as a buyer we expect polite good service.but we all know it dont always work that way!i learned alot not all good,from this experience!

Yes my bank wont get involved cuz i know i will get my cash back.no matter how you feel about your trading partner,you cant take money for goods and say your a nut im keepin your cash!paypal doesnt work that way,you have to provide proof you sent in the form of tracking#.thats why i pay the 65 cents for it.except for other countries which costs around$12 for registered mail.i wont ship overseas anymore except with that i had 3 people who didnt get items cost me money!
