The last 4 times ive ordered doctor who stuff on ebay has been nightmare<after they changed policies>first dealing with toyrocket who never did send items i had paypal get money back,then another that paypal got my money back,then i bought 9th dr in black and got red shirt one and guy said oh dont have that one.and won from uk doctor in suit,only to get suit and glasses!they dont care!i paid for 13inch powergirl and seller made excuses then said had death in family!which always happenafter u pay
