Can be seen here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=i09cfFY5_xU

The only caveat: the figures I used for the story just would not work right for me. They didn't want to stand. Ash had his legs fall off and require the use of super glue. And after much frustration, I stopped working on it months ago, only to decide to do a real real real quick ending to just finish it off. The ending is on the cheap: Ash speaks his famous words, all goes black -- then Sutekh complains, only to have vanished when the lights come back on. I originally was going to do an effect to show Sutekh "caught." Alas.

Very cool.
How did you make it into a movie? My boys did a stop motion thing and I don't know how to make it into a film.

I used the program -- Studio 10 -- to do it. I took the pics, one at a time, set them up in "clips" and set the time for the clips to .o4 secs per picture. Then I add the sounds and music, and finally, tell it to make a movie according to various possibilities.

Youtube always blurs the image, but that helps with some of these.

The is some really great stop motion software out there. I use iStopMotion for Mac (Stop Motion Animator in my Windows days - it's free!).

Those Japanese Gundam model kits are perfect for stop motion (legos are great for the kids). Poster sticky tack is also your friend.

Oh, and don't forget... TRIPOD!
