Just remember when the Postal Employee asks you the question about what is inside and gets to the "...Or potentially hazardous?" part dont smirk, wink, or even pass gas, they will LOCK YOU UP!

I was glad to help out, I am looking for 2 maybe three, I need to make up a checklist of authentic official CO sonic screwdrivers for my Doctors. I took the ones I have and popped them into the Ten Packs so all the figures in those have their relevant accessories.

It is kinda weird looking at three Dalek Secs all on my desk the other day. Now that would have been a cooler cult, all black with maybe Sec having silver Dalek Bumps.

And I wrote a book in response of course!!! :-) The 2 Second Summary: Let me know a couple accessories you'd like to have for the 5" line - my creative skills are yearning for exercise! It'll make sense in the PM! LOL!!!

Hoosier - ran into an issue with Sculpey being way too brittle - but am expermenting with Bake N Bend (did I already tell you this? I dunno, brain blank moment!). ANyway, working on my Sonic Screwdriver Assembly Line - Wish me Luck All - and we may all have abundant Sonic Screwdrivers!!! LOL!!!

Hi guys - been away with a nasty bug (not to mention losing my beloved Kitty Cat of 17 years the week before which was devastating needless to say, so it's been a nasty 1-2 punch for me lately), so got some playing catchup to do! And OzJenny & SciFi Joe, I haven't forgotten your custom goodies , just got behind with everything that's happened but will hopefully get to work on them this weekend. And thanks again to DetFork for the incredibly awesome Assault Dalek - you rock dude!!! :-)

And on the custom front, here's one of my fever-induced ideas for a custom toy - one of those things you only think up in the midst of a fever so high that it's causing pressure to your brain resulting in hallucinations to accompany the headaches! Not fun! :-0 And if that wasn't odd enough, it's all from a CO Marketing perspective, from a sort of board meeting illusion where you're supposed to brainstorm and come up with a toy with mass appeal for the kiddies...so here's the first one, the "Cyberman with CyberConversion Accessorry" (in keeping with CO's new "mini accessories for all" <grin>).

In the rough rough stages of course, but includes an unfortunate partially converted poor schmuck (already in silver face bandages and the general armor) as well as including the CyberMask (and I know, I got a bit too trim-happy in my illness and should have left more to it - would have been easier, that's for sure!), the Cybus Chest Logo (with a little peg to make it removable), a snap on wrist gun, and I may or may not include the little leg and arms bars as snap on accoutrements. :-) The Cyber Conversion Unit is kit bashed from a couple star wars toys and originally was going to be a "Cyber Conversion Chamber" Deluxe toy (still may end up that way) with a silver hopper about the size of the Genesis Ark and a suction cup with 3 mechanical arms attached (saw, cutters and claw like in the disturbing factory scene).

Anyway, for added fun, kids can "convert" their favorite DOctor Who figures into being Cyberbeings as well! Witness the Master in the early stages of conversion...now that would have made for an intriguing storyline (and I daresay a bit more interesting that Lord of the Time Lords! LOL!!!

Example:
Code:

You have the tags right but you need to put in the whole URL.

For an image you have to have all of this:
http://whona.realtvboard.com/users/40/51/36/avatars/gallery/diamond1.jpg

Not just diamond1.jpg

One more thing, it needs to end with an extension such as .jpg, .png, etc.

JUst a quickie post - went back and did some touch up work on my POTW Rose, and a repaint of New Earth Rose as I think the paint ops on these are really poor and don't do justice to what turns out is a very well done sculpt. Anyway, enjoy and thanks for any tips, critiques, suggestions for improving, etc.

'Hope all is well with everyone! :-)

Hi All, it's been a long time since I posted - been busy with projects at work but finally thngs are calmin down so I can devote some time toward making Doctor Who Customs! :-) If only I could win the lottery - I'd help the hapless and make customs all the time! LOL!!!

Anyway, here's some of my recent stuff - some of them are new customs and some are touch ups of my old stuff - I try to go back and apply what I've learned which is lots of fun. Critiques, comments and suggestions welcome!!! :-)

Here's my touched up Ghost Soldier Cyberman, Really Destroyed Cassandra <grin> (a custom that went wrong...let's just say she needed moisturized really bad and didn't get it! LOL!), Destroyed Cassandra with custom skin flap made from Latex, Rose Series 4, and Vortex Vixen Rose. :-)

Here's a quick shot of my Tux Doc with Kylie Astrid and the Host. WHy oh why didn't CO make a Tux (or black dinner suit - not sure it's really a tux) for this set??? Or at least paint the white shirt maroon on the included Doctor so he matched that opening scene with the life preserver? ANyway, goes to show how cool it would have looked with the right Doctor figure! :-) And you can my Series 4 Rose from a different angle - her hair took me FOREVER!!! (Yes, that custom drove me partially insane and I was obsessed with it..yes, I know I have issues - LOL!!!)

Okay, the above pic has a couple new ones and touch ups as well as in progress ones! :-)

From left to right:
Toclafane - still to add: attachments for slicing and dicing hapless earthling and reporters. Also working on a deluxe opening model.
Tux Doc (seen him before - just here to compare to the other one)
Tux Doctor in Long Coat - this is one for SciFi Joe. We couldn't find suitable (get it? Suit-able? Heh heh) arms so we went with this unique custom which actually turned out pretty good! Not sure he ever appeared on screen this way, so it's an "offscreen" or "Expanded Whoniverse" custom. Still have a couple minor touch ups to do but mostly done (Joe - or anyone - PLEASE let me know if you see anything that you would change or improve on somehow. I want Joe to really like these, so the better the...well, better! <grin>
Partners in Crime Doctor - taking a cue from CO's Ghost Buster Doc, this is a rehash Doctor but with a blue shirt, and he comes with an Energy Emissions Locator (still working on it of course!) and 2 adorable little baby Adipose! :-) Maybe 3 when I get done - like the Ghost pylons! :-)
Jack from Parting of the Ways - another for Joe - again, still got a ways to go (I really am sorry it's taking me so long Joe - want them to be perfect!) and my old ones beside him which I'm updating as Joe's was turning out so much better! LOL! (And I also wanted Joe to know his was new and different and I wasn't just sending him my old one that I'd already made!). :-)
Thanks for any tips or suggestions for improvement - I sincerely want them to be the best they can be so I listen to every suggestion people give me and see if I can incorporate it or improve it somehow. Thanks and Cheers to everyone! :-)
