Coeur d'Alene to be exact. I know people who are aware of Doctor Who. One of them actually knows who all the Doctors are... well... there is another, but she hates it. Only knows about it because her ex-husband (now residing in Manchester) was a fan.

I feel your pain, except in South Dakota, I know of only one other person that knows what it is.
