Definitely not. I say step up your checks... maybe every few minutes or so. I remember one shipment came in early and sold out the same day in between my check ins on that day. Never again! I've got a reminder set up to remind me to check every 10 minutes. I've not had an uninterrupted night of sleep in 6 months but it is a small price to pay to get captain jack in a great coat. |

| I'm ashamed to say that I weakened and bought them from the UK.  My only excuse is that I had a tax return to spend and I was feeling slightly wealthy! But, as we all know, as soon as someone here buys from the UK, and pays oodles of $, the same toys magically appear at WhoNA for half the price very soon thereafter...

| Yes, I'm thinking next week is looking good. Though you never know. 
I've gotten a few things overseas.
I got the first Regeneration pack and first wave from the UK before Underground Toys decided to import them. I got the TARDIS console at import prices through WhoNA (about $100, which still wasn't bad really) and the 12'' Doctor in suit because we weren't sure UT was getting store eclusives in (if I'd only known - though it was only about $40 so not too bad.)
I did get the SJA figures overseas, because there was no sight of them here. Even though were getting them now (and yay for everyone!) I'm glad I got them because I could never have waited. I might even get the SJA/Kudlak pack again because my Sarah had a big mark on her back out of the package and it annoys me.
Everything else I do try to be patient on. Partly because of the weak US dollar and shipping costs. It really is killer right now. |

| I've tried to limit myself to only buying figures from the UK that were never sold over here, such as the exclusive 12 inch Cybercontroller, it's 5" single carded variant, the original carded novice Hame, the original Chip with Rusty Cassandra, and the first Dalek Battle Packs that contained the original paint versions of Rose and the 9th Doctor. In all instances I made sure I didn't pay more than the standard prices we would normally pay here...with a little patience this is not hard to do as long as you're not in any hurry.
I was also glad to hear the SJA two packs are going to be available here...although I did pick-up the Star Poet set from the UK as it was about half the cost of buying it here. |

| Chip and Rusty Cassandra was released over here, btw. It was just in very short supply. I never got one as I didn't want a Rusty Cassandra (though I'm looking forward to the Destroyed Cassandra and look forward to getting Chip then).
I would like a gray Novice Hame though some day. |

Quick question -- when you say "be available," does that mean the figures will be shown on the website for sale by late afternoon/early evening? Or does putting them on the site require more turn-around time, and we can somehow reserve them on Friday evening? Sorry if that sounds dense, I'm not sure how the process works really!

Cool, thanks for the explanation! Since the original question was asking when did they expect them to come in, I wasn't sure if Friday meant that's when the truck was dropping them off!
