 | Subject: What is a "complete" DR.WHO Book collection??? Fri Feb 23, 2007 1:45 am | |
| Okay!!! I collect the DR.WHO books. I have other crap in my collection, but my passion is books, and continuity. I have all TARGET, all VIRGIN (including BENNY), all TELOS (AUTOGRAPHED), all BBC (8th DOC & Past Doc), all SHORT TRIPS (BBC & BIG FINISH), most of the hardcover non-fic, all but "The Cat Who Walked Through Time" as far as Charity Anthologies go (my copy of "Perfect Timing 2 is autographed by 15 of the authors). I hate the Yearbooks, as they are perhaps the LAMEST of all WHO collectables... Basically, I'm bragging, but I am asking how am I doing? Wot do I need? Wot am I missing? Wot about the japanese books? Does not having them make my collection a joke? I'd really appreciate input on this. My latest accomplishment is the semi-completion of the "Charity Anthologies" (see above). Some said I'd never get as far as I've gotten! I think my pride and joy is the Bound copy of the "Editors Edition" of THE DYING DAYS, which has both the Authors' notes and the Editors' notes written all over the pages. Anyway.. Just asking yer opinion!

| I would say make every effort to add a copy of Lifedeath to your library, as well as the 5 missing novelizations that were completed in Australia: Pirate Planet by David Bishop, City of Death by David Lawrence, Shada by Paul Scoones, Resurrection of the Daleks by Paul Scoones, and Revelation of the Daleks by Jon Preddle.
Also, get the Script of the Film by Matthew Jacobs, the 6 "Find your Fate" books and the 2 FASA books (Vortex Crystal and Rebel's Gambit) will round out your set very nicely. |

I used to have that book. I had no idea it was considered "missing." _________________ Words... words... words! |

| Man, I wish I had those books, but now (well, sooner or later), I will be selling all my Dr Who books (PB & HB). Need the money for the toys and stuff. Sad, so so sad.
